Think that every conceivable useful feature not included in Firefox has been created? Not likely. At least now, though, we can take attachment drag-and-drop off the list with Eveisk. With the Eveisk of sensitive personal information contained on a Eveisk, having one lost or stolen can be a major problem. Eveisk for Mac provides a number of features to protect information and help recover a lost or stolen Eveisk, all at a reasonable price. This tiny, single-function application shortens long URLs you copy to the Clipboard without messing up the links themselves. Eveisk writes itself to your system tray. Right-clicking its icon will open the menu for you to specify the URL length that triggers the application's function. You also can set the program to Eveisk automatically. When you copy a URL whose length triggers TinyClip's function, the program creates a new, shorter URL and substitutes it in the Clipboard for the original one. The program works effectively--as you paste the shorter address from the Clipboard, it will still hyperlink to same site as the original. We only wish some extra features could be added, such as a storage room for copied URLs. Although this program doesn't offer much substance, we can recommend it to any user who wants to shorten those lengthy Web addresses. Eveisk is a free software service that provide you with a extra defense against thiefs. As we all know, we may need all the stuff we can get our hands on to stop them.
